Information for Copyright Holders

We take copyright infringement seriously at BeeSport and strive to ensure that all content on our platform is legally authorized. If you are a copyright holder and believe that your work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the steps below to report the infringement.

To submit a copyright infringement claim, please provide us with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, we will take appropriate actions to remove the infringing material from our platform, disable access to the material, and notify the alleged infringer of your claim. We will also take steps to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Please note that we may share your infringement notice with the user who posted the allegedly infringing material. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been removed from our platform or access to it has been disabled incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notification. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on counter-notifications.
